At Harris Hounds, we don’t just care for dogs—horses have always been a huge part of my life too.

I qualified as a veterinary surgeon (Nottingham, 2015) and have since had many years of experience working in equine practice, alongside ongoing roles within the veterinary industry and charities such as the Blue Cross. I’ve also spent time training in a specialist equine hospital in California, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of cases.

Having owned and ridden horses for most of my life, I understand the importance of routine, attention, and high-quality care. Combining this with my veterinary background means I’m confident supporting everything from day-to-day care to recognising early signs of illness or injury.

Whether you need holiday cover or an extra pair of experienced hands, you can relax knowing your horse is in safe, knowledgeable, and caring hands.
